In Memory of Theodore Sisak

In loving memory of Theodore Sisak, 35, of Erie, Pennsylvania, who tragically passed away following a fatal crash on Interstate 80 in Austintown, Ohio, early Thursday morning.

Theodore’s life was taken in a heartbreaking accident at approximately 3 a.m. as he was traveling westbound on I-80, west of the OH-46 exit. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the vehicle Theodore was driving quickly approached a semi-truck and struck the truck from behind. He sustained serious injuries in the collision and sadly died as a result of those injuries.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol said speed appears to have been a factor in the crash. The circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation.

Theodore’s passing leaves behind family, friends, and loved ones who are now faced with the pain of saying goodbye to someone whose life mattered deeply. While the details of the crash are difficult to comprehend, those who knew Theodore will remember him for the moments they shared, the memories he created, and the place he held in their lives.

Our deepest condolences go to Theodore’s family, friends, and everyone mourning his unexpected passing. May they find strength and comfort in one another during this difficult time.

May Theodore Sisak rest in eternal peace. May his memory forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
